Valentines Day Cards from Close To My Heart

Hi! How is everyone? I am terrible at this blog thing, but hopefully I will get better at posting. I have been trying to add a Pin It button, but it isn't easy. In the meantime, it apparently is an option all by itself now at the bottom of the posts. That's pretty cool!

I have been crafting & just recently made a folio for my sister's husband who loves the Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols!!) It was so fun to put together.  I went with the alternate symbolism because it matches his tattoo that he has. 

This is an Occasions Folio from paperphenomenon.com.  I did use a scrapbook kit from Amazon for the paper & stickers used on the album.  I used my Cricut Explore to create the decals on the album.  I also used sunset & colonial white ink pads from CTMH which can be found at lindahammon.ctmh.com.

Paper Crafts with the Cricut Expression part 1

Wow!  It has been a busy time crafting.  I promised projects that I had previously done.  What can I say I am going a few years back, but I had to share :-)

I made this for a coworker that had a baby girl in April.  I still was using my Cricut Expression even though I had the Explore (I am now addicted to this machine).  I believe the diaper pin was 5" with a coordinating envelope. 

I made this for my sweet husband.  I used the Wild Card cartridge & EK Success heart punch.  I used a white gel pen to write on the hearts like the Conversation candy! 

I love this card. I used the Everyday Paper Dolls Dress Up cartridge.  I made this for friends that got married on Halloween weekend & they had the wedding guest dress up.  My husband thought one of the spooky eyes was a mustache so that's what they became :-)  I added the grooms & brides name to the grave stones & there wedding date on the tree with a white gel pen.

I hope this helps inspire future card or scrapbook making projects.  I sure get my inspiration from all crafters!!  Keep crafting :-)

Baby Album

  Sorry folks!  This is my very first post and it has taken me forever to figure out the picture situation.

  Hammon Crafting is an exciting new transition in my hobby!!  A hobby that lets me be creative while making others smile :-)  I am exploring new avenues of my paper crafting which includes the new Cricut Explore.  I am not computer savvy so it is still sitting in a box :-(

  I have many photos of crafts that I have done & will post shortly.  I do want to share the project that I completed for a special little lady that is due this June!  I used the Close To My Heart Artbooking Cricut Cartridge...
